As a User, you must agree to pay a license fee upon registration (corporate users agree to pay a license fee by check within 30 days receiving electronic invoice by Advantage Group Associates, Inc.).

The password and other identifying codes you use to access AnnuitySpecs.com are the property of AnnuitySpecs and Advantage Group Associates, Inc. (here forth referred to as "the Vendor") and may be revoked, rescinded or canceled at any time without notice. User agrees not to assign, transfer, sublicense, lease, or lend usernames and/or passwords to any party, without prior consent of AnnuitySpecs. User agrees that only the organization or individual holding a valid License Agreement with the Vendor will be authorized to use it. User shall not, on the basis of this Agreement, transfer the use of this site, or take any elements of the site and incorporate it electronically or otherwise in User's retail or institutional products and services without a separate written Agreement with the Vendor, granting such. Users will treat the website, individual username IDs and passwords, and related documentation as entirely confidential, taking steps not to disclose said information to any third party.

AnnuitySpecs reserves the right at its sole discretion to update, change, modify, add or remove portions of this website.

The data contained on this site is for informational purposes, and does not constitute an offer or solicitation for the sale of any insurance product. The Vendor is not contracted with any carrier, nor does the Vendor endorse any of the products found within AnnuitySpecs.com. In the event that the Vendor has reason to believe that the User is not following the Terms and Conditions set forth in this notice, the Vendor may terminate the User's License Agreement at any time, without notice. Completion of the registration process, or the exchange of a formal License Agreement is deemed as positive affirmation to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
